The hotel is located near a stunning marina, perfect for those who enjoy water activities, and the view from the room is just amazing. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the facilities are well-maintained, and the pool is clean and inviting.
The check-in process can be a bit slow, so be prepared to wait for a few minutes.

We loved the location of this place, as it was conveniently situated near the marina and just a short drive to Angra centre. The hotel provided a shuttle service, including a paid airport shuttle, which was incredibly convenient for us. We also appreciated the tours and ticket assistance offered, which made exploring the area so much easier. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, added to our comfort and convenience. Additionally, the dining options at the restaurant were varied and delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

We enjoyed a clean room and the hotel facilities were convenient. It was easy to park our car and access transportation. The location was great, with easy access to the marina. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's shower was fantastic, with powerful water and warmth. Another positive point was the friendly and helpful attitude of some individual staff members. the hotel's location was perfect, being situated near key landmarks and restaurants.
The hotel's management left a lot to be desired, as they were unresponsive and difficult to reach. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help and the comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning which provided a variety of options to suit all tastes.
The lack of cleanliness in the pool which was murky and uninviting. the hotel's outdated decor and facilities left much to be desired.
